The design of this new house overlooking the Pacific draws upon the rich carpenter Victorian tradition found along the upper California coastline and folk Victorian architecture referenced in parts of Seaside, Florida, another fond retreat of our Clients’.
Deep porches, high ceilings, attenuated windows, shutters and shiplap, cedar siding, and simple carpentry detailing make this (2,000 SF) coastal cottage feel quite at home.
Construction will be completed in March 2022.
